Chính vì thế, chúng được đặt tên là Kingsnake, tức rắn vua, hoặc lãnh chúa của vùng núi này. Ngọn núi nhiều rắn nhất cũng được gọi là núi Kingsnake. </div><div class="pBody" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-color: white; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-color: initial; border-image: initial; border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-top-width: 0px; font-family: 'Times New Roman', Arial; font-size: 16px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 1px; margin-left: 1px; margin-right: 1px; margin-top: 1px; outline-color: initial; outline-style: initial; outline-width: 0px; padding-bottom: 12px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;">Sống ở môi trường thiếu dưỡng khí, rất lạnh, nên thân nhiệt loài rắn này cũng cực thấp. Phần lớn thời gian chúng sống trong lòng đất, trong các khe, vách đá, nơi ít cây cối. Kingsnake không thích sống trong hốc cây mục như phần lớn các loài rắn khác mà thường xuất hiện trong những ngày ấm áp ở những cánh rừng thông, hoặc phơi nắng trên những mỏm đá. </div><div class="pBody" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-color: white; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-color: initial; border-image: initial; border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-top-width: 0px; font-family: 'Times New Roman', Arial; font-size: 16px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 1px; margin-left: 1px; margin-right: 1px; margin-top: 1px; outline-color: initial; outline-style: initial; outline-width: 0px; padding-bottom: 12px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;">Thức ăn ưa thích của loài rắn này là những con thằn lằn và một số loài chuột nhỏ. Chúng cũng không lớn lắm, chỉ có độ dài trên 1m. Đây là loại rắn hiền lành và vô hại với con người, bởi không có nọc độc. Vì thế, người dân trong vùng rất thích nuôi những chú Kingsnake trong nhà, vừa để bắt chuột vừa để làm cảnh.    </div><table align="center" border="0" cellpadding="1" cellspacing="1" style="background-color: white; color: #555555; font-family: 'Times New Roman', Arial; font-size: 16px; line-height: 18px; width: 200px;"><tbody style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-color: transparent; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-color: initial; border-image: initial; border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-top-width: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; outline-color: initial; outline-style: initial; outline-width: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;"> <tr><td><img align="Middle" alt="" border="0" class="oImage" height="284" src="http://img2.news.zing.vn/2012/05/08/ran-1.jpg" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-color: transparent; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-color: initial; border-image: initial; border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-top-width: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; max-width: 660px; outline-color: initial; outline-style: initial; outline-width: 0px; padding-bottom: 3px; padding-left: 2px; padding-right: 2px; padding-top: 10px;" width="500" /></td></tr> <tr><td><img align="Middle" alt="" border="0" class="oImage" height="386" src="http://img2.news.zing.vn/2012/05/08/ran-2.jpg" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-color: transparent; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-color: initial; border-image: initial; border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-top-width: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; max-width: 660px; outline-color: initial; outline-style: initial; outline-width: 0px; padding-bottom: 3px; padding-left: 2px; padding-right: 2px; padding-top: 10px;" width="500" /></td></tr> <tr><td><img align="Middle" alt="" border="0" class="oImage" height="375" src="http://img2.news.zing.vn/2012/05/08/ran-3.jpg" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-color: transparent; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-color: initial; border-image: initial; border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-top-width: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; max-width: 660px; outline-color: initial; outline-style: initial; outline-width: 0px; padding-bottom: 3px; padding-left: 2px; padding-right: 2px; padding-top: 10px;" width="500" /></td></tr> <tr><td><img align="Middle" alt="" border="0" class="oImage" height="332" src="http://img2.news.zing.vn/2012/05/08/ran-4.jpg" style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-color: transparent; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-color: initial; border-image: initial; border-left-width: 0px; border-right-width: 0px; border-style: initial; border-top-width: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; max-width: 660px; outline-color: initial; outline-style: initial; outline-width: 0px; padding-bottom: 3px; padding-left: 2px; padding-right: 2px; padding-top: 10px;" width="500" /></td></tr> </tbody></table>
